Dear Eastern Memorials Team, I would like to thank you for the professionalism and courtesy you so kindly showed me and my family on August 30, 2016. I was so happy that we were able to be present during the McDermott monument installation at Arlington National Cemetery.

I would also like to acknowledge the exemplary performance of the workmen, Damian and Melvin. Damian was in phone contact with my daughter early that morning so we would know what time the installation was planned. The timing was perfect and we were able to be present when the monument was set.
