Losing a loved one is something that a lot of us face at some point in our life. What most people do not realize is that the pain and sadness that the passing of someone close can bring on can be really hard to deal with. Allow yourself to feel your emotions

Even though it might “feel” wrong to be feeling anything other than sadness at this point, the truth is, feeling all these emotions is completely normal.

And, if you don’t want to say anything at all, just quietly sit by their grave. Simply being close to your loved one will help calm you and bring some comfort.
Talk about your grief
If visiting a cemetery is difficult because its not near you, another great way you can deal with your grief is by sharing your grief with someone else. It’s not important who you share this information with; it could be anyone; a sibling, parent, close friends, relatives, neighbors, therapist, etc.
What really matters is that you open up about your grief and let someone in on your healing process. In fact, sharing your grief is one of the most effective ways to heal.
