For 12×6 memorials the installation fee is $53.20, perpetual maintenance fee is $135.00, layout and inspection fee is $55.00.
The same fees for other sizes are as follows: 11.5×11.5 memorials: $99.00, $210.00 and $65.00.
16×24 memorials: $228.00, $525.00 and $115.00. 14×24 memorials: $232.00, $525.00 and $115.00.
14×44 memorials: $315.00, $695.00 and $155.00. 24×30 memorials: $515.00, $765.00 and $165.00. Carefund fees are optional
